That's where much of my work begins.
Over the last 18 years, I've lived and worked internationally across the Middle East, Europe and the US. Before founding Criterion Coaching, I held senior leadership roles in retail banking and commercial organisations. That background shapes how I work — I understand what it means to lead under pressure, and what it costs when you can't think clearly.
