I am an executive coach, leadership facilitator and speaker with a background in senior finance leadership.
For the past six years, I have worked with leaders across finance, aerospace, luxury retail, professional services and the public sector. Much leadership development focuses on visible behaviour — communicate differently, delegate more, handle difficult conversations better. These skills matter, but they're hard to use mechanically under pressure.
Instead, I look to shift a leader's perspective. Behaviour changes more naturally once leaders understand how stress is shaping their interpretation of a situation — and learn to see more clearly.
